After a four week hiatus my return class on Tuesday was a total killer! I have only taken one class per week since I started several months ago. So… what did I decide to do today?
1. I went to another class (that’s two in three days people!);
2. I used 8 pound weights instead of 5 pound weights (why couldn’t they have 6’s, or even 7’s?);
3. I opted for almost all of the challenges in the Mixed class.
How do I feel now, fifteen minutes later?
So glad that it’s over,
A bit proud of my 51-year old self, and
Ready for a major siesta (after reading a bit of Fifty Shades Darker of course).
