A guy that grew up in Sands Point with me on Wednesday. He was 49 years old, the father of two, a loving husband, brother, father, friend, uncle and so much more. He suffered a massive heart attack while working out at the gym. Though I did not know him personally I know his brother and sister and sister-in-law. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family and everyone who knew and loved him.
How does this happen? Why does a young, virile man die at the gym when so many others go on to live such long lives? How is this fair?
Be grateful for everything and everyone in your life. Time is precious and we are so often caught up in our own little problems that we forget to enjoy every moment.
Hug your loved ones today. Kiss them. Tell them you love them. Remember to count your blessings. Don’t take things for granted.
Breathe. Smell the roses. Laugh. Love. Live.
Goodbye Todd. You will be missed by so many. Your untimely death is unimaginable and unforgivable.
