When I was a little girl my mother and I used to sob together as we watched Miss America getting crowned every year.
Now I cry watching Bethenny Frankel on “Bethenny Ever After”.
I cry when she:
Talks to her psychiatrist,
Discusses her parents and their dysfunctional relationships with her,
Sings “The Wheels on the Bus” to her baby girl Bryn,
Greets enthusiastic sold-out crowds on her speaking tour,
Makes $120 million selling her Skinny Girl cocktail brand…
Bethenny makes me cry.
She is so inspirational. She has moved past her bad family history to create a loving family of her own. She worked her tail off and is not one of the richest young women in America. She found love and motherhood when she had given up on both.
Yay for Bethenny. She deserves every little bit of happiness that she has. She has earned it.
(Imagine how Jill Zarin is feeling now. She is dying inside and out!)
